About Diamond Harbour Women's University:

Diamond Harbour Women's University came into existence in 2013. It was established under West Bengal Act XXXVII of 2012 on 28 th January 2013. It is the first University in this region and has been envisaged in answer to the long standing requirement of the girl-student of this region and beyond for greater scope in the search for attainment of selfhood. In 2016, the University was recognized under Section 2(f) of the University Grant Commission (UGC) Act, 1956.

The Marie Curie Centre for Interdisciplinary Sciences (MCCIS) has been established by Diamond Harbour Women's University, with the purpose of strengthening interdisciplinary research and education between various scientific disciplines. The centre will periodically organize seminars, conferences, workshops and summer/winter schools. The centre may also conduct certificate courses and public outreach programs.

5. Certificate in Travel & Tourism

   Course Fees : Rs 50,000/- only (payable in two quarters)
   
   
6. Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management
   6 Months Theory Class + 6 months Job Oriented Industry Training
   Eligibility : 10+2 pass in any stream
   Age : Minimum 18 years, Maximum Age 27 years
   Course Fees : Rs 1,50,000/- only (payable in four semesters)

Application form can also be downloaded, printed, duly filled in and submitted along with all relevant documents (as mentioned in the Admission Form) with the Form Price of Rs 200/- only at NSM Skill Campus – Amtala.

For all Detailed & Relevant Information (Theory & Practical Classes, Industry Training, Fees Structure & Payment Procedure, Rules & Regulations, ETC) and Counseling regarding the various courses available, Candidates & Guardians are advised to visit the NSM Skill Campus –Amtala while submitting the Application-Form.

Admission procedure: Direct admission after counseling and personal interview on first cum first basis. Candidates are required to be present during the counseling session and personal interview preferably with Guardian on the date and time informed from the Admission Cell.

• Proof of Date of Birth.
• Admit Card of Matriculation and 10+2 Examination.
• Photocopies of Marksheet & Certificate of Martriculation, Class 10+2, Bachelor degree (if any)
• Two copies of current passport size photograph Colour
• Aadhaar Card of the candidate
• Photo Id card (Aadhaar/EPIC/PAN/Driving License/Passport) of the Guardian.
• Blood Group of the Candidate
