NSM is having is equipped with the most sophisticated training facilities like live kitchen, live bakery, live restaurant & live bar, live Front Office & live House keeping , all within a Star rated Resort, computer laboratory, well stocked library etc.

Grooming & Uniform :

NSM is very particular about grooming & uniform, students without proper grooming & uniform will not be allowed to attend the classes and Trainings.

Grooming :

Girl's must have properly groomed hair, well trimmed nails without nail polish, Finger rings, long ear rings, bangles, perfumes should be avoided.
Boy's should have short hair cut, well trimmed nails, regular shaving, properly pressed shirts and trousers, properly polished shoes.

Theory Classes :

Girl's: White Shirt or Saree, Black Skirt, Black Scarf, Black Socks, Institute’s tie properly polished Black Shoes (Bellies) without heels.
Boy's: White Shirt, Black Trousers, Institute’s Tie, Black Socks, Black formal shoes (oxford) with laces.

Food Production & Bakery Practical Classes :

Girl's & Boy's: Chef Trouser, Chef Coat, Chef Cap, Scraves, Black shoes, Black Socks.

Students should always carry Food Production practical kit.

F & B Service Practical Classes :

Girl's: White Shirt, Black Skirt, Black Bow, Black Socks, and Black Shoes.
Boy's: White Shirt, Black Trouser, Black Bow, Black Socks, and Black Shoes.

Student should also carry serviette, bottle opener, lighter, matchbox, scribbling pad and pen.

Front Office Practical Classes :

Girl's: Saree, properly polished Black Shoes without heel OR White Shirt, Black Skirt, Black Tie, Black Blazer, Black Socks, and Black Shoes.
Boy's: White Shirt Black Tie, Black Blazer, Black Socks, Black formal shoes with laces.

House Keeping Practical Classes :

Girl's & Boy's: House Keeping Coat, Apron, Duster & Glass Cloth.

Any students violating the rules as mentioned above will not be allowed to attend the classes and can also be suspended without showing any reasons thereof.
